Air in Power Out, 27WON Launches the 11th gen Turbo Inlet Pipe

Today, we are excited to introduce another part to enhance the air induction system on your 2022+ Honda Civic and 2023+ Acura Integra. Hot off the heels of our Short Ram Intake System and Air Intake Snorkel comes our brand new Turbo Inlet Pipe (TIP) for the 11th Gen Civic and 5th Gen Integra.

The release of our TIP gives you the final piece needed to have a 100% aftermarket air induction system for your L15 turbocharged engine. Everything from outside ambient air to the entrance of your turbocharger is now upgraded thanks to the Honda Pro’s at 27WON and this TIP is the biggest power adder of them all.

First things first. We ditch the OEM small plastic pipe for a large diameter cast aluminum pipe.

Our huge 80mm diameter pipe moves a ton of air using a much smoother and more gradual turn into the mouth of your turbocharger.

By going larger we can also amplify the fresh and denser air being routed through the 27WON Snorkel and Intake. Now if you aren’t running a 27WON intake don’t stress. Our TIP will be offered with various silicone options to adapt to the OEM Honda or Acura airbox and soon other various brands of intakes.

Of course bigger is better but style is key too.

This inlet pipe simply looks way better under your hood. You get this dynamic piece with the large 27WON logo upfront to show others that you have something special under the hood. Then, our 11th gen TIP comes in two color choices; The familiar stealth black textured powder coat and a new raw aluminum finish. This raw finish can either be left that way or coated to any color you can imagine under the sun to suit your style. It’ll cost slightly less too!

You will also notice this TIP is constructed as a one piece.

This is something that is carried over from our 10th gen TIP. This is done intentionally as it allows for a smoother air path and nice transition into the turbo inlet and eliminates any possibility of a leak after the MAF coupler. Precise machining and premium gaskets round out the package. It should also go without saying that this TIP is an absolute perfect pairing for the GIN Turbocharger.

Let’s quickly look at some dyno data.

Over an average of 3 back to back runs, we netted +6WHP and +4WTQ.

Our best run of the day yielded an 11WHP increase when swapping out from the OEM pipe to our 27WON unit.

Now, that was on our 2022 Honda Civic Si with a full suite of bolt ons, a Gin turbo and a tune running 91 octane. We can confidently say this TIP performs and we have the data to back it up.
