11th Gen Civic & 5th Gen Integra Intake System Design Blog Pt 5…Carbon Baby

Fellow Honda enthusiasts, we are getting very close to the release of our new Hybrid cold air intake system for the 2022+ Civic and 2023+ Integra.

If you have been following this blog series, you have seen how we took apart the OEM Civic intake and broke it all down. We looked at the good and bad and said, "Hey, we can make a better one," and that we did. 

This intake shares some of the unique features that our 10th-generation Hybrid cold air intake has. It has the serviceability of a short ram intake system but with the power benefits of a true cold air induction unit. That setup on our 10th-generation unit is really effective and a reason why it’s one of the most popular intakes for the 2016-2021 Civics so we definitely wanted to make sure we keep that in this new kit.

Of course, as the years have progressed we have learned a lot. We have taken great strides in design, manufacturing, and construction and considered all that in the design of this new kit.

We took what was great and kept it. Then, we looked at what could be improved and made it better. You can read more about those details in part 3 right here.

All that is to say we are very eager to get this unit on the streets for you guys and with less than a month till launch we wanted to show you guys another cool trick up our sleeve below.

In addition to what we think is the best-looking intake for the new Integra/Civic with a sleek flat black look we wanted to give you another option with more flare.

I mean just take a look at it, this thing looks SWEET!!!!!.

We just had to show you guys now! This will be available to purchase alongside the full intake kit, our SRI upgrade package, or just a lid by itself so we’ve got all the bases covered.
