This unit is a 100% fresh design for the L15CA engine. there is nothing else on the marekt like this. This is our most thoughtfully designed and featured packed CAI to date loaded with features we are eager to get under your hood.

This intake right here is coming to your door as a full kit. Not just filter and silicone but an all billet aluminum MAF housing, fully enclosed air box, wide mouth intake inlet, stainless T-bolt steel clamps, and your choice of a sick one-piece shroud/lid to seal the deal, literally.

This system is similar to our 10th gen intake in that it is a true hybrid CAI. Once again, you get the serviceability and worry-free system of a short RAM intake combined with the power and performance of a cold air intake you would traditionally find in the wheel well.

Speaking of power, we might be the only brand to have created an intake that actually improves power (we’ve dyno tested a host of others and what you see is not what you get with them). Actually, it’s super difficult on these late model Civics. Thousands of miles and dozens of dyno pulls have allowed us to understand and create an intake that will make horsepower and torque for the 1.5L turbocharger engine. Through detailed CAD design, flow simulations, and real-world data logs we give you the results below.

This shows an increase of ~3 wheel torque and ~7 wheel horsepower on a bone stock 22 Honda Civic Si. This increase in power is seen everywhere after 3500 rpm to redline.

This is a nice modest bump in power that will lay the groundwork for your future upgrades like our turbocharger and intercooler system.

The real trick part about this system lies in the intake air box that we created. You get not only the airbox itself but we enlarged the air duct that feeds the box. This larger opening allows more air to feed into the box and the shape of the box allows more air around the entire surface area of the filter. 

This allows us to use more of the air filter to increase service life and help boost horsepower. All of this while retaining a simple 4 screw lid that allows you to get to your filter in under a minute for cleaning and maintenance. 

If you want all the noises then you can also run this intake without the lid. In this form it performs similar to an SRI with a shroud. You’ll get more noise but also a bit higher IATs than with the sealed lid in place.

We use a precision billet aluminum MAF housing, t-bolt clamps, and 4-ply silicone that are pretty standard here with us at 27WON for the longest-lasting and most durable components on the market. We skip the plastic MAF like you find elsewhere

You can opt for a textured and painted flat black shroud so that the intake system blends in with the rest of the engine bay. Or you can shell out a bit more for the carbon fiber lid which looks awesome.

Unlike the cheap carbon fiber you find in the market, this is made with premium real carbon fiber and finished with a nice coating to look good for a long time. Note: Carbon Fiber will not be immediately available at launch, but will follow soon.

Baller On A Budget?

We’ve got a couple options for you. For the first time in our history, we offer this intake as an upgrade for our Short Ram Intake (SRI) system as well. That’s right, you can buy our SRI and later buy this new Hybrid intake at the same total cost as if you just bought the Hybrid. Note that some parts from the SRI are reused with the Hybrid upgrade option. And for those of us with a budget you can now step into awesome and grab this as a full kit by itself.

Second, you can upgrade to the Carbon shroud later for a few hundred bucks. You’ll get a brand new shroud when you upgrade so you can switch between the painted version and carbon as you like. Switch up your style anytime.
